Business Opportunity Assessment

The study assessed the opportunity for an online accounting service by a tech company, using in-depth interviews and questionnaires with business owners in the US. It included 15 interviews and 500 questionnaires targeting businesses of various sizes. The results revealed willingness to use an online accounting platform, cost optimization potential, and concerns about managing financial data. Key takeaways helped the client refine their online accounting service approach, aligning it with business needs and expectations while addressing client concerns and promoting cost-saving benefits.

CSR Program Assessment & Tracking

The study aimed to evaluate and track the impact of a foundation’s flagship CSR program on targeted communities, focusing on school digitalization in the US and 4 EU countries. Utilizing in-depth interviews and online surveys with teachers, pupils, and parents, the study gathered feedback to monitor progress and effectiveness. Key takeaways included continuous program improvement, integrating beneficiaries’ feedback, evidence-based decision-making, and strategic enhancements for future-proofing the program’s success, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of its stakeholders.

Market understanding and opportunity sizing

The study aimed to understand new trends and market needs for a global leader in technology apps, helping them adapt their strategies and portfolios. Using quantitative CAWI and CATI interviews across 11 countries with 2107 total interviews, it provided a SWOT analysis of the client’s product versus the competition, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
