SAMPLE: 50-70 participants per country, from big cities, from different regions.

METHODOLOGY:

7-day online community on dedicated research platform, with 50 participants to explore in-depth perceptions and behaviour related to crypto market.

TARGET DETAILS

Men & women

50% have crypto products

50% are aware, but don’t have crypto products

LOI:

  • 1-2 tasks per day, for 7 days, including weekend.
  • 30-60 minutes of daily involvement on the platform.

Explored the perceptions on crypto market to determine unaddressed needs and opportunities for new products.

Provided understanding of the concerns and barriers related to cryptocurrency, such as information platforms, type and format of information missing, security concerns, etc.

Created personas of crypto users, highlighting their needs and fears when it comes to crypto investments.
