Objective of the Study

The primary objective of this study is to conduct an in-depth exploration of B2B perceptions, adoption barriers, usage patterns, and decision-making processes regarding electric vehicles. This research aims to uncover key insights that will help stakeholders understand the advantages and challenges of adopting electric cars in their fleets.

Methodology

SAMPLE : Target: decision makers in the company regarding the acquisition of cars

  • Qualitative phase: N=6 per country
  • Quantitative  phase:  N=150 per country

METHODOLOGY: Qualitative Phase: 6 IDIs, Quantitative Phase: CAWI

GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE: US, AUS, 4 EU countries and 2 Asian countries

LOI: Qualitative Phase = 60 minutes, Quantitative Phase = 20 minutes.

MAIN RESULTS

Perceptions and Attitudes: Insight into how B2B decision-makers perceive electric vehicles, including their perceived advantages, disadvantages, and overall sentiment towards adopting electric cars in their fleets.

Adoption Drivers and Barriers: Identification of key factors influencing B2B adoption of electric vehicles, such as cost considerations, infrastructure availability, range concerns, regulatory incentives, and sustainability goals.

Understanding of current usage patterns of electric vehicles within B2B fleets, including the types of vehicles being used, operational contexts (e.g., urban vs. rural), and integration with existing business operations.

How B2B clients perceive charging electric cars. (problems encountered, price sensitivity, infrastructure available)
